New documentary Rolling Thunder Revue: A Bob Dylan Story By Martin Scorsese will premiere June 12 on Netflix and they’ve just shared the full trailer for it. The film is about his 1975-1976 Rolling Thunder Revue tour that was imagined as a travelling caravan and included Joan Baez, Bob Neuwirth, and Roger McGuinn, plus T Bone Burnett, Ramblin’ Jack Elliott, Ronee Blakley, Mick Ronson, Scarlet Rivera and more. The documentary includes a new, rare interview with Bob as well as most of the players involved who are still with us, and lots of footage from the tour. Here’s the official synopsis:

ROLLING THUNDER REVUE: A BOB DYLAN STORY BY MARTIN SCORSESE captures the troubled spirit of America in 1975, and the joyous music that Bob Dylan performed that fall. Master filmmaker Martin Scorsese creates a one-of-a-kind movie experience: part documentary, part concert film, part fever dream. Featuring Joan Baez, Rubin “Hurricane” Carter, Sam Shepard, Allen Ginsberg, and Bob Dylan giving his first on-camera interview in over a decade. The film goes beyond mere reclamation of Dylan’s extraordinary music—it’s a roadmap into the wild country of artistic self-reinvention.
