Pipe-eye recently signed to Flightless Records, the small Australian label run by King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. They’ll release their debut EP Cosmic Blip on September 25. The band is keeping most things about them mysterious, as you can see from their web presence, which includes this website that looks straight out of 1998. They did tell us this about the new EP though:

Composed on space station Mirus 4 as a collaboration between scientists from the international space community, ‘Cosmic Blip’ is an expedition cataloging the effects of space melody and cosmic rhythm whilst in close orbit to Earth.

Got it? The EP’s first single “People Move Along” is the kind of psych-pop that should definitely appeal to fans of King Gizzard (or any number of late ’60s bands), and we’ve got the premiere of its video. Watch below.
