Wear Your Wounds opening for Torche, who are opening for Baroness (like War on Women)

Last month, Torche announced their new album Admission (due 7/12 via Relapse), and more recently they’ve made some updates to their tour supporting it. In addition to their previously announced headlining dates, they’re also opening part of BaronessGold & Grey tour. Plus, they’ve moved some of their headlining dates around and added Converge offshoot Wear Your Wounds and Whores as openers.

Torche’s run opening for Baroness includes the NY shows at Poughkeepsie’s The Chance on July 12 (tickets) and Long Island’s Paramount on July 13 (tickets). As mentioned, Baroness also have dates with Pallbearer and War On Women, all of which are prety amazing openers. Baroness also have those acoustic in-stores.

Torche’s run with Wear Your Wounds includes the previously-announced Brooklyn show on August 2 at Brooklyn Bazaar (tickets), and it also includes the recently-added show happening at NJ’s Asbury Lanes on August 5 (tickets), which replaces the cancelled Hamden, CT show (refunds available).

Torche also rescheduled their Tampa, Jacksonville, Chapel Hill, Harrisonburg, and Lancaster shows, and they cancelled their headlining Orlando show because they’re now playing Orlando with both Baroness and War On Women. Updated dates are listed below.

As for Wear Your Wounds, they just wrapped up their tour in Arizona over the weekend, and their anticipated new album Rust On The Gates of Heaven drops the same day as Torche’s (via Deathwish). Listen to the title track below.
