Weird Womb broke up, but have a new album (listen)
Brooklyn scuzz-punks Weird Womb called it quits last year but had one last record in them, The Pleasures of Being Booed, which is out Friday (2/10) via Baby Tooth (US) / Disorder (UK). Their last gasp is worth hearing, with nice production, big hooks, phlegmatic singing and just a little shambolic charm. A stream of the entire album makes its premiere right here and you can listen below.
The Pleasures of Being Booed will be a free download and also available on cassette. To celebrate the UK release, frontman Dakota Pollock will be playing a couple shows in London. Those dates are listed below.
