Tonight’s star-studded show at Knitting Factory is a Hurricane Sandy relief benefit, as is the Gary Suarez the Human Jukeboxplays your requests for cash” event at Idle Hands (also with DJ Dave Hill).

The annual Stand Up For Heroes benefit at Beacon Theater tonight, part of the NY Comedy Festival, recently added Roger Waters and John Mayer to the lineup that already included Mike Birbiglia, Ricky Gervais, Patton Oswalt, Jon Stewart, Bruce Springsteen and Robin Williams. If you don’t have a ticket, you can also stream the event live.

SXSW just announced their first round of 2013 artists.
