If you missed NYC Popfest over the weekend, a few of the bands are still around. New Zealand’s The Bats play Maxwell’s with Wild Carnation; and at Cake Shop there are three Scandinavian bands: Finland’s French Films (who were probably Popfest’s breakout band), and Sweden’s Azure Blue and Alpaca Sports.
