Yo La Tengo Hanukkah 2017
Yo La Tengo, Hanukkah 2017 (more by PSquared)

You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Yo La Tengo @ Bowery Ballroom
It’s night 2 of Hanukkah, and Yo La Tengo continue their run of shows. Who will be tonight’s surprise guests?

John Prine, The Lone Bellow, Shannon Shaw (of Shannon and the Clams) @ Beacon Theatre
It’s the annual WFUV Holiday Cheer show, where John Prine, Shannon Shaw and The Lone Bellow help raise money for the public radio station.

The Sidekicks, Gladie, Trace Mountains @ ALPHAVILLE
The Sidekicks are back on the road supporting this year’s lighthearted, power poppy Happiness Hours, and there’s support from Cayetana offshoot Gladie and the LVL UP-related Trace Mountains.

Mitski, Arooj Aftab @ Brooklyn Steel
Mitski’s fantastic new album Be The Cowboy is one of her best yet and one of the year’s best, and she’s also bigger than ever. This is the final night of her entirely sold-out, four-night run at Brooklyn Steel.

The Regrettes, Welles, Micky James @ Gramercy Theatre
The Regrettes have a pop punk sound that’s gotten increasingly “pop,” and not surprisingly, they continue to rise.

Butterboy Comedy @ Littlefield
Maeve Higgins and Jo Firestone host tonight’s Butterboy and welcome guests Byron Bowers (The Eric Andre Show), Jes Tom (Reductress, Standup Nbc Semifinalist), Saurin Choksi (Refinery29’S After After Party), Casey Belsham (Gotham Comedy Live), Carmen Christopher (The Chris Gethard Show), Chike Robinson (New York Comedy Festival)

Steve Earle and the Dukes, Susan Tedeschi & Derek Trucks Duo, Warren Haynes @ Town Hall
This is Steve’s fourth annual John Henry’s Friends benefit concert to raise funds for children diagnosed with autism with Susan Tedeschi & Derek Trucks Duo and Warren Haynes.

Bridget Everett & The Tender Moments @ Joe’s Pub
Unexpurgated comedian and performer Bridget Everett and her band are back at Joes Pub “to sing all her favorite love songs and share the stories of the men that made her…feel?”
