You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Wolf Parade, Jo Passed @ Brooklyn Steel
Earlier this year, Wolf Parade released their fifth album, Thin Mind, and it finds this band doing what they do best. Expect songs from that plus plenty of classics tonight. Like they did in Chicago, Wolf Parade (who endorsed Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign) will also have the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) tabling at their Brooklyn show.

The Black Lips, Warish,The Muckers @ Music Hall of Williamsburg
Garage rock provocateurs Black Lips released their new LP Sing In A World That’s Falling Apart earlier this year which found them dipping a toe or two into country.

David Cross @ Saint Vitus Bar
This show has been postponed.

Butterboy Comedy @ Littlefield
Jo Firestone will also be at Littlefield tonight as part of her Butterboy show, along with co-hosts Aparna Nancherla and Maeve Higgins, plus guests Shane Torres (Comedy Central Half Hour, Conan), Daniel Simonsen (Late Show With Stephen Colbert), Courtney Maginnis (Brooklyn Comedy Festival), Ashton Womack (The Daily Show), Arthur Meyer (The Tonight Show, Shrill), and Nataly Aukar (Arab-American Comedy Festival).

You can also find quality entertainment on almost any night of the week at: Barbès bar and performance space in Park Slope, LunÀtico in Bed Stuy, Nublu in the East Village, Blue Note jazz club in the West Village, The Stone in multiple locations, Comedy Cellar in the West Village, and Q.E.D. comedy club in Astoria.
