What's going on Monday?

Screaming Females
Beach House in Chicago earlier this month (more by James Richards IV)

You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Beach House, Moss of Aura @ Webster Hall
Last year, Beach House released not one but two new records, Depression Cherry and Thank Your Lucky Stars. Both are proof that even when Beach House don’t stray far from their usual path, they can still come out with fantastic music.

Lucinda Williams @ City Winery
Lucinda Williams’ new album The Ghosts of Highway 20 is a dark, depressing album, sadly inspired by the death of her father, and it’s also one of her strongest recent releases. Tonight she continues her five-show run at City Winery.

Dee Pop’s 60th Birthday Bash feat. Bush Tetras, Gary Lucas, Faith, Floor Kiss w/ Deerfrance, Immaculate Hearts w/ Freddie Pompeii, & more @ Bowery Electric
Bush Tetras’ drummer Dee Pop celebrates his 60th birthday with this party that features his skeletal post-punk band, plus guitar great Gary Lucas and more.

Crybabies Live w/ Susan Orlean and Sarah Thyre feat. Amy Sedaris, Eugene Mirman, Jon Glaser, Cole Escola, Jodi Lennon, Ted Leo, & more @ Bell House
“Crybabies” is a podcast where hosts Susan Orlean and Sarah Thyre interview comedians, musicians, actors, and writers about the movies, tv, music, plays, art, and culture that make them cry. Tonight’s lineup is pretty killer.

Night Train Hosted by Wyatt Cenac @ Littlefield
All aboard Wyatt Cenac’s weekly comedy cavalcade, this week featuring Adrienne Iapalucci, Kyle Ayers, Rojo Perez, and more.

Noel Fielding @ Gramercy Theatre
British comedian and Might Boosh co-creator Noel Fielding kicks off his six-show run tonight.
