Exhorder, Wolfpack Black, Pyrolatrous @ Saint Vitus
New Orleans thrash vets Exhorder released just two albums in their initial run as a band, 1990’s Slaughter in the Vatican and 1992’s The Law. They’re now reunited for the first time since 2008 and playing those albums in full across two nights at Saint Vitus. This is night two, The Law night.

Mal Devisa @ Trans-Pecos
Mal Devisa makes lo-fi soul music and her live shows are just her soaring voice and her bass guitar, but she sounds fuller than some bands. You have to see it to believe it.

King Missile, Flower, Charles Bissel (of The Wrens) @ Cape House/Rose Gold
NYC’s DIY art-rock vets King Missile, Flower (Richard Balyut’s pre-Versus band) and The Wrens’ Charles Bissel all come out for this show benefiting college station WFDU.

Ava Luna (plays Serge Gainsbourg’s Histoire De Melody Nelson) @ Joe’s Pub
Ava Luna first played Histoire De Melody Nelson for 33 1/3’s Northside showcase, then they recorded it for the full-album-covers Sounds Good series, and now they’re playing it at Joe’s Pub.

David Cross @ Union Hall
David Cross hasn’t been working on a new act and has been testing out the material at these “Shootin the Shit, Seeing What Sticks” shows at Union Hall.

World/Inferno Friendship Society, Crazy and The Brains, The Defending Champions @ White Eagle Hall
World Inferno Friendship Society have been mixing punk, klezmer, cabaret and more since 1996. Their live show is a real spectacle.

Eugene Chadbourne, Shelley Hirsch, David Watson, Talibam! @ Wonders of Nature
Cult,avant garde guitarist Eugene Chadborne has been warping his instrument for 40 years, as a member of Shockabilly, and has collaborated with everyone from  Camper Van Beethoven to John Zorn Tonight’s show is at new Wlliamsburg spot Wonders of Nature which is booked by Andy from Cake Shop.
