What's going on Sunday?

Just Like Heaven 2019 - Saturday
Passion Pit at Just Like Heaven 2019 (more by Samantha Saturday)

You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Passion Pit, The Beaches @ Pier 17
Passion Pit’s 2009 debut LP Manners remains arguably their most celebrated release to date, and the band will perform the album in its entirety tonight in NYC, in honor of its 10th anniversary.

Jessica Pratt, Joseph Shabason @ The Park Church Co-Op
Folk singer Jessica Pratt released her stunning new LP Quiet Signs back in February, and her East Coast tour for the album concludes tonight at Brooklyn’s spacious Park Church Co-Op, which should be a perfect venue to house her expansive, emotional and, yes hushed, material.

Worriers, awakebutstillinbed, Pity Party @ Baby’s All Right
It’s a night of emo/pop punk at Baby’s, featuring the very solid triple bill of Brooklyn melodic punks Worriers, Bay Area emo project awakebutstillinbed, and LA-based duo Pity Party.

Black & Blue Bowl w/ Iron Reagan, Leeway, Brick By Brick, Vatican, Lion’s Law, Activate, Purgatory, No Victory @ Brooklyn Bazaar
Annual New York hardcore festival Black & Blue Bowl officially begins tonight at Brooklyn Bazaar, featuring a solid lineup of NYHC new(ish)comers and vets.

The Slackers, Deep Cuts, The Far East @ The Kingsland
NYC ska vets The Slackers have been going strong since the early ’90s and they’ve remained a prolific band both live and in the studio. Their three-night stand at The Kingsland wraps up tonight

Radiator Hospital, Big Nothing, Swanning, Quaker Wedding @ Trans-Pecos
Radiator Hospital’s new LP Sings ‘Music For Daydreaming’ dropped recently, and their stop in NYC tonight is their first of two Northeastern record release shows, with support from their Salinas labelmates Big Nothing (who also have a new album out) and Swanning. NYC-based trio Quaker Wedding also serves as openers.

Bridget Everett @ Joe’s Pub
Backed by her band The Tender Moments, Bridget Everett provides an extremely unexpurgated night of comedy and music that may not be for the easily embarrassed.

But let’s be honest: is anybody really going to ANY of these shows? Tonight is the series finale of Game of Thrones!
