You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Paul McCartney @ MetLife Stadium
Paul McCartney remains truly one of the best performers in rock, and he loads his setlists with Beatles classics.

Cian Nugent, 75 Dollar Bill, Lionlimb @ Baby’s All Right
Dublin’s Cian Nugent made a name for himself as a skilled musician via his first two albums which were both mostly instrumental. With his new album, Night Fiction, Cian turns out be a talented lyricist and capable singer as well. This is an all-around good show for fans of noodle-forward, post-VU guitar rock. And you might wanna stick around ’cause…

Woods @ Baby’s All Right
…Cian’s recent tourmates Woods just announced they’ll be playing a free show right after Cian wraps up. Doors are at 11 PM and its first-come, first-served.

Rhett Miller @ City Winery
Whether electric or acoustic, with the Old 97’s or solo, Rhett Miller is always entertaining. This is the last of his monthly Summer Residency shows at City Winery.

Dwight Yoakam, The Cactus Blossoms @ Damrosch Park Bandshell
Lincoln Center Out of Doors Americanafest NYC today with honky tonk iconoclast Dwight Yokam. 7 PM, free.

Mad Decent Block Party, Big Wild, Boi-1da, Boombox Cartel, DJ Snake, Kesha, Party Khan, Zeds Dead @ MCU Park
It’s the second of two Mad Decent Block Parties at Coney Island’s MCU Park this weekend, and it’s sure to be a wild day of dance/hip hop/R&B/pop/etc all around.

Dead Leaf Echo, Flesh, The Shipwrecks, Butt Sand @ Riis Park Beach Bazaar Save The Surfer Fest
Beach Goth takes on more literal meaning at Riis Park Beach Bazaar with a full program of dark post-punk.

Bebel Gilberto @ The Surf Lodge (Montauk)
Daughter of João Gilberto, Bebel has forged her own path in bossa nova. If you’re out in Montauk this weekend, this sounds like a nice way to spend your Sunday. Free.

Pharmakon, Dolce, Scant, Shredded Nerve, Copley Medal @ Trans-Pecos
Pharmakon’s art-noise is great on record but even more confrontational in a live setting. Should be great to see at the up-close-and-personal Trans-Pecos.

Doug Loves Movies @ Gramercy Theatre
Doug Benson loves movies, pot and Gramercy Theatre — this is the 30th DML podcast to tape here.
