What's going on Sunday?

Sick of it All @ Webster Hall, 2015 (more by Jammi York)

You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Sick of It All, No Redeeming Social Value, Maximum Penalty @ Blackthorn 51
NYHC legends Sick Of It All wrap up their 30th anniversary triboro tour of small venues in Queens tonight.

Tombs, Replicant, Panzerbastard @ Saint Vitus
Brooklyn’s great genre-defying metal band Tombs grace their hometown with another show tonight. They’re not supporting a new album, but they have plenty of quality material to pull from.

A$AP Ferg, DJ Whutever @ The Studio at Webster Hall
In continued support of this year’s Always Strive and Prosper, A$AP Ferg plays a free teen-only event at this small venue tonight. Must be 13-19 to enter.

Joan As Police Woman, Benjamin Lazar Davis, Number 1 Kid, Lip Talk @ Baby’s All Right
Joan As Police Woman (aka Joan Wasser) and Cuddle Magic’s Benjamin Lazar Davis released the collaborative album, Let It Be You, earlier this fall — nice dose of arty, singer/songwriter-y pop.

Visuals, Warbly Jets, Casey Hopkins Trio @ Berlin
Los Angeles band Warbly Jets were formed in 2015 by Julien O’neill and Samuel Shea, who bring a brash attitude to their garagey power pop.

Peter Murphy @ City Winery
Goth icon Peter Murphy brings his “Stripped” tour to City Winery for early and late shows tonight, playing mostly acoustic versions of his solo and Bauahaus favorites.

Teen Body, Giggly Boys, I Am The Third, Oceanator, Ivy Meissner @ Roberta’s
Go eat some pizza, buy some holiday gifts and see some bands at this free afternoon holiday market. 2-6 PM.

Seu Jorge @ Town Hall
Renowned Brazilian musician Seu Jorge may be best known in the U.S. for his role in Wes Anderson’s The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou where he played shipmate Pelé dos Santos whose covers of David Bowie songs are a sonic thread through the film. He’ll be playing those songs and more Bowie covers at this last of his three Town Hall shows.

75 Dollar Bill, Elder Ones, Amirtha Kidambi @ Union Pool
This is the second of droney/beautiful experimental duo 75 Dollar Bill’s three-Sunday December residency at Union Pool.

Tonight’s Retox show has been postponed.
