You can browse our full NYC show calendar for all of tonight’s shows, but here are some highlights…

Annie Hart, Drawing Boards, Madeline Kenney @ Baby’s All Right
Au Revoir Simone’s Annie Hart just released her first solo album and its sound should be recognizable to any ARS fan — warm, delicately layered synthpop — but Annie brings a directness, lyrically, that we haven’t heard before. Tonight’s the release party.

Fela Tribute, Roy Ayers, Seun Kuti & Egypt 80, Underground System, Rich Medina @ Central Park SummerStage
Roy Ayers toured with Fela Kuti back in the late ’70s and he’ll team with Fela’s son, Seun, for the first time ever for this tribute show. Free, 2 PM.

A Place to Bury Strangers, Tall Juan, What Cheer? Brigade, Acid Dad, Ela Minus, Monogold, Pink Mexico, Grim Streaker, Journalism @ The Well (Out in the Streets fest)
It’s the second day of the 2017 Out in the Streets Festival, which this year is at Bushwick’s huge The Well, and is headlined by noisemakers A Place to Bury Strangers.

Greatest Day Ever @ New York Expo Center
It’s day 2 of NYC rap/EDM fest Greatest Day Ever, which takes place in the Bronx this year. Today’s lineup is headlined by Diplo, and also features The Internet, Goldlink, Green Velvet, TOKiMONSTA, Tunji Ige, and more.

Capone-N-Noreaga @ Queensbridge Park
Capone-N-Noreaga’s 1997 debut The War Report remains a classic document of New York rap, and CNN stay active, having released Lessons in 2015. Tonight they play a free SummerStage show in their home borough.

Kinks tribute with Beverly, Cheap Sneakers, CVS At Night, Sam Kogon, Bodega, Brian Hill, My Teenage Stride, Andrew Deautsch @ Alphaville
Spend a Sunny Afternoon indoors with a bunch of bands paying tribute to The Kinks. Sounds like fun — will anyone attempt “Shangri La”? — and it’s over by nine so you can still make it to your Game of Thrones party.

Mutual Benefit, Littlefoot, Antibodies, Squirrel Flower @ Silent Barn
Folky NYC group Mutual Benefit followed up last year’s lovely Skip a Sinking Stone by covering Vashti Bunyan’s Just Another Diamond Day in full.

Tim and Eric (10th Anniversary Awesome Tour) @ Town Hall
Can it really be 10 years? Tim and Eric celebrate a decade of weirdness with “”new spoofs and goofs, riffs and bits, songs and dances and hope to create memories to last a lifetime.” This is the final of their three Town Hall shows.

Dave Hill, Noah Gardenswartz, Joel Kim Booster, Will Miles @ Union Hall
It’s a new edition of “Picture This!” which pairs comedy with animators for a one-of-a-kind evening of laughs and art.

Corey Feldman @ Highline Ballroom
As you may be aware, ’80s actor Corey Feldman is back and making some interesting, original music and playing shows with an assortment of musicians he calls “Corey’s Angels.” His “Coreys Heavenly Tour: Angelic 2 The U.S” hits NYC tonight and will probably not be boring.

Jonny Fritz, Cassandra Jenkins, Cornelia Livingston @ Union Pool
Americana rocker Jonny Fritz (fka Jonny Corndawg) headlines a bill that also includes up-and-coming singer/songwriter Cassandra Jenkins and Elvis Perkins collaborator Cornelia Livingston.

Ornette: Chamber Music @ Lincoln Center
This is the second of a two-day tribute to jazz legend Ornette Coleman at Lincoln Center. All music performed tonight was composed by the late Ornette. You can check out the program here.
