The Nude Party, Las Rosas, Glove @ Baby’s All Right

Jools Holland @ Blue Note
These days Jools Holland is best known as host of popular musical variety series Later…With Jools Holland which has aired on BBC 2 since 1992. He is, of course, an acclaimed musician in his own right, having been an off-and-on member of Squeeze in the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s and currently leads Jools Holland’s Rhythm and Blues Orchestra. His four-night run at Blue Note — his first NYC shows in 15 years — kicks off tonight.

Jane Birkin, Wordless Music Orchestra @ Carnegie Hall

Running Late with Scott Rogowsky @ Gramercy Theatre
Michael Ian Black joins Scott for this edition of his live talk show.

Josie Long, Johnny Donahue, John Hodgman @ The Bell House
British comedian Josie Long headlines this show that also features erudite former PC John Hodgman.

Springsteen on Broadway @ Walter Kerr Theatre
The Boss continues his completely sold-out “Springsteen on Broadway” run at the Walter Kerr Theatre, which has now been extended through June! At these shows, Bruce plans to give fans shows “that are as personal and as intimate as possible.” After this week, Bruce is taking most of February off, but will return on 2/28.
