Whitney share "No Matter Where We Go" video, playing free Other Music in-store before Brooklyn shows
Whitney‘s very good debut album Light Upon the Lake is out next week (6/3) via Secretly Canadian, and the band have just shared the video for the LP’s new single “No Matter Where We Go.” Directed by Alan Del Rio Oritz, it’s a sweet, intimate, beautifully shot portrait of a few young couples, paired with performance footage of the band playing the twangy, horn-filled song. The band’s tour will hit NYC next weekend for release shows at Baby’s All Right on June 3 (sold out) and Market Hotel on June 4 (tickets), both with EZTV and Hoops. Before those shows, Whitney will play an in-store at the soon-to-close Other Music on June 2. That starts at 8:30 and is free. Updated Whitney dates are listed below.
