Williamsburg venue The Grand Victory closing at the end of July

grand-victory

Williamsburg venue The Grand Victory will close at its 245 Grand St location on July 31, as announced on Facebook. General manager Sean Dougherty said that he plans to relocate and hopes to be “in operation by early next year.” The Grand Victory opened not too long after Bruar Falls closed in the same location in 2011.

Before it closes, The Grand Victory has lots of events coming up, including Italian band Giuda on Monday (6/13, tickets), Wreckless Eric on June 18 (tickets), and Dave Smalley playing Dag Nasty’s Can I Say on July 10 (tickets).

The Grand Victory is across the street from Trash Bar which closed in 2015.
