Woodsman releasing new single, on tour, playing NYC tonight and during CMJ (dates)

Brooklyn-via-Denver post-rock instrumentalists Woodsman play Bowery Ballroom tonight (10/12), opening for Marco Benevento. Tickets are still available. The band will also be around next week for CMJ, playing the unofficial Fire Talk showcase at Zebulon on 10/17 with Tjutuna, BBDDM, and Meadowlands (free); and another Fire Talk showcase at 252 Norman on 10/20 with Speculator, Tjutjuna, and Heaven’s Gate. ($5, info here). All tour dates are listed below.

Woodsman are working on a new album as we speak but meanwhile are releasing a new single, “All Tangled Up,” which is coming out as part of Lefse Records singles series.
