Wu-Tang Clan announced '36 Chambers' shows in NYC & Philly
Wu-Tang Clan have been celebrating the 25th anniversary of their landmark debut album Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers): they released a documentary short about the album, and RZA and Alamo Drafthouse unveiled plans for a kung-fu inspired bar called The Flying Guillotine in Staten Island, where the album’s release date (11/9) was named “Wu-Tang Clan Day.” Now they’ve also announced a pair of East Coast tour dates to celebrate the anniversary, as well. RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Masta Killa, and Cappadonna will perform at NYC’s Terminal 5 on January 26 and Philadelphia’s Franklin Music Hall on January 25. Tickets to both shows go on sale Friday, December 7 at 10 AM, with presales starting Thursday (12/6) at 10 AM.
Along with these newly announced January shows, Wu-Tang have a four night December run at Sydney Opera House, and dates in New Zealand. See all of their upcoming dates below.
