Maxwell’s reports that, after a year off (they last did it in 2008), Yo La Tengo are returning to Maxwell’s for Hanukkah this year. As always, expect the full lineups to be announced after the shows sell out, but note that they will sell out before the full lineups are announced. Yo La Tengo plays every show, but expect surprise guests, reunited openers, comedians, mixtapes and more.

Check your calendar or roll the dice and get your $30-for-charity-TBD tickets starting Wednesday at noon: 12/1, 12/2, 12/3, 12/4, 12/5, 12/6, 12/7, and 12/8

Meanwhile you can catch Yo La Tengo THIS SUNDAY, September 19th, at the Bell House as part of the Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival (tickets), and then in October in Las Vegas.
