4Knots Fest moves back to South Street Seaport and will be free in 2016

After last year's somewhat awkward attempt to move The Village Voice's 4Knots Music Festival to the West Side (and to make it a ticketed event), it will be back at South Street Seaport's Pier 16 on July 9 as a free event. Stay tuned for more details.
