A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie releases debut album ft. 21 Savage, YoungBoy NBA, more
Bronx rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie has been on the rise, and, after earning a Top 40 hit with his Kodak Black collab "Drowning," he released his proper debut album The Bigger Artist today via Highbridge/Atlantic. It's got collaborations with 21 Savage, PnB Rock, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Trey Songz and more, and production from Metro Boomin, DJ Mustard and more. Much of the album is melodic sing-rapping of the Drake & Future variety (A Boogie opened part of their co-headlining tour last year), and he makes time for the sad emotional stuff as well as some well-deserved boasts. The whole thing's a fun listen and you can hear it below.
A Boogie is also currently on the Bigger Artist Tour, which hits the NYC-area on October 15 at Wellmont Theatre (tickets) and November 9 at Terminal 5 (tickets). He also plays the big TIDAL Charity Concert at Barclays Center on 10/17 with Jay-Z, Cardi B, A$AP Ferg, Joey Bada$$, Vic Mensa, and many others (tickets). All dates are listed below.
Speaking of both 21 Savage and YoungBoy Never Broke Again, they just announced a fall tour together. There's no NYC show, but their itinerary says they'll be here on December 14 for a radio show. All dates are listed below for that tour too. YoungBoy just played a headlining show at NYC's Gramercy Theater earlier this week.
