A Giant Dog releasing 'Pile' on Merge, touring (dates, song streams)

Austin’s A Giant Dog are releasing their upcoming album, Pile, via Merge Records on May 6. So far they’ve put two singles from the album. There’s the mellow “Get With You and Get High,” which features Spoon’s Britt Daniel harmonizing with the band, and the upbeat rocker “Sex & Drugs.” Check out both below.

A Giant Dog are going on tour in support of the new album, kicking it off at SXSW next week. That tour also includes NYC shows at Cake Shop on May 26 and Our Wicked Lady on May 27. The Our Wicked Lady show is with The Mad Doctors and Best Behavior, but no other bands announced for Cake Shop yet. Tickets for night 1 and night 2 are on sale now.
