Accept The Rise of Chaos

Accept streaming 'The Rise of Chaos' title track, touring

German metal legends Accept are releasing their 15th album, The Rise of Chaos, on August 4 via Nuclear Blast. It’s their fourth album since reuniting in 2009 with vocalist Mark Tornillo replacing Udo Dirkschneider (the only original members are guitarist Wolf Hoffmann and bassist Peter Baltes.). The lead single and title track sounds like classic Accept, if not a bit speedier than some classic Accept. Udo is missed of course but Mark Tornillo really has had no trouble taking on the role of screeching Accept frontman. “The Rise of Chaos” is a certified ripper and you can stream it below, along with two behind-the-scenes videos of the making of the album.

Accept have tour dates coming up too. Most of them are overseas, but they did add a NYC show for September 26 at Irving Plaza. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (6/30) at 10 AM with various presales beforehand (Live Nation presale password = LYRIC). All known dates are listed below.
