Acid Mothers Temple touring, playing two NYC dates

Japanese freakout greats Acid Mothers Temple usually make it over to North America once a year in the spring, with dates surrounding festival appearances. This year is no different, coming over for a monthlong tour that includes stops at Treefort and Festival Nrml, and two shows in NYC: April 5 at Mercury Lounge and April 6 at Knitting Factory. Both shows are with Ann Arbor, MI’s Mounds.

Tickets to Mercury Lounge and Knitting Factory go on sale Friday (1/29) at noon, with an AmEx presale for the Merc show beginning Wednesday (1/27) at noon.
