Aluk Todolo, Uada, Blood Incantation & more played Stardust VI at Saint Vitus

The four-day Stardust festival went down at Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus from February 2 – 5, including a highly anticipated appearance from Blood Incantation on Friday (2/3). Blood Incantation’s psychedelic death metal crusher Starspawn was one of the very best metal albums of last year. They didn’t headline, but many did filter out after their set and they were possibly our favorite set of the evening (next to the always amazing Aluk Todolo, who did headline).

Sanguine Eagle, who had one of the guys from Yellow Eyes playing with them, opened with a solid set of black metal. Uada had a great visual performance and was just off the charts volume wise. San Francisco black metallers Dispirit rounded out the bill. Pictures of the whole show are in the gallery above.
