Alvvays opening for The Decemberists on 2015 tour

Toronto pop charmers Alvvays are still in the midst of their North American tour with fellow Canadians Absolutely Free (which hit NYC a couple weeks back). They’ll have a couple months off before loading up the van again, this time to open for The Decemberists on their 2015 tour, including the NYC stop at Beacon Theatre on April 6. Tickets to that show just went on Decemberists fan club presale (but look to have sold out of those already) and there will be an AmEx, Chase and local presale on Thursday (11/20) at noon and the public on-sale begins at 11 AM on Friday (11/21).
