With physical spaces closed at the moment due to the coronavirus pandemic, the time of virtual events that you can attend from your home is officially upon is, including festivals inside sandbox game Minecraft. We posted about one such fest, Block by Blockwest, last week, and here's a second, Nether Meant. This one is presented by virtual event organizers Open Pit, who have put together previous Minecraft festivals like "Coalchella" and "Fire Festival," and chiptune mainstays Anamanaguchi. It happens inside the game at "Elsewither," a virtual version of Bushwick's Elsewhere (which is also raising money to support out-of-work staff during the pandemic), on Saturday, April 11 at 6 PM ET, and they'll be taking donations for Good360 COVID-19 relief.

Along with Anamanaguchi, the Nether Meant lineup features American Football (whose Mike Kinsella said, "I’m looking forward to (finally) being able to prove to my 7-year-old son that I do, indeed, have a job," Baths, Bean Boy & Folie, Drive45, Grimes collaborator Hana, Iglooghost & Kai Whiston & BABii, Lewis Grant, Meishi Smile, Nebita & Atura, onlytom, Planet 1999, Robin & Murder Club, Six Impala, Skylar Spence, WAVEDASH, and Y2K & Sleepycatt.

Instructions on how to attend in the game are here, and if you don't play Minecraft but still want to watch, you can on Twitch. They also have a Discord you can join.
