American Football playing China with Chinese Football
As you probably know, American Football are a legendary emo band who broke up before getting much attention, but then gained a cult status over the years, reunited, and now have two new albums out including this year’s great LP3. Chinese Football are a much newer emo band from China, whose name of course references American Football and whose guitarist/vocalist Xu Bo is openly a huge fan of American Football and their many related projects. Now, American Football have announced shows in China, and Chinese Football will open them!
American Football are also playing US shows with Tomberlin this month, and a couple other US shows in September before an appearance at hometown festival Riot Fest. All dates are listed below.
