Andrew Bird announces 2018 Northeast tour
Andrew Bird released his newest album Echolocations: River earlier this month, the second in an ongoing series of instrumental records (stream it below). Today, he has announced a 2018 Northeast tour, which follows a run of mostly-sold-out Chicago and Nashville shows this December.
The 2018 tour includes several shows not far from NYC, including Princeton, NJ’s McCarter Theater on February 26; Englewood, NJ’s Bergen Performing Arts on March 1; Port Chester, NY’s Capitol Theatre on March 3; and Kingston, NY’s Ulster Performing Arts Center on March 7. Tickets go on sale Friday (11/3). All dates (including shows in Upstate NY and Connecticut) are listed below.
Andrew Bird will also be appearing on The Mountain Goats’ tribute LP I Only Listen to The Mountain Goats, which is attached to the podcast of the same name.
