Angel Olsen continued Brooklyn Steel run with Mark Ronson, Vagabon, more (pics, video, setlists)

Angel Olsen wrapped up her three-night run at Brooklyn Steel with shows on Friday (11/22) and Saturday (11/23), and both nights had things that made them unique. On Friday, she was joined by Mark Ronson on bass for their collaboration “True Blue,” and earlier in the night, Angel joined Vagabon‘s opening set for “Every Woman.” On Saturday, Angel sat down at the piano to close out her main set with “Pops” and a rendition of 1920s jazz standard “More than You Know.” Otherwise, setlists were pretty similar, heavy on Angel’s new album, All Mirrors with a few other favorites, like “Shut Up and Kiss Me” and “Spring” as well. Pics from Saturday’s show with Madi Diaz are in the gallery above and video of her Mark Ronson and Vagabon collaborations, as well as both nights’ setlists, are below.

Also on Saturday was a special Angel Olsen “Behind All Mirrors” interactive exhibit — anybody go to that? Angel is also one of a few artists to cover Hand Habits’ “Wildfire” on a new benefit EP.
