Louisville noise-rippers Anwar Sadat just started a month-long tour to hype their upcoming EP Obedience (due 12/2 via Sick Room Records). They'll be hitting New York for a show at Shea Stadium on December 13 where they'll be joined by Chat Logs, Tropical Trash and Bad Behavior. Tickets will be available at the door.

Anwar Sadat recently shared a new song from that EP, called "Rotted Out." The song is a more spacious, slowed-down piece than we're used to from these guys, though its no less abrasive and ferocious. It layers a queasy, Jesus Lizard-esque riff over a thumping drum part and some cultishly chanted vocals, winding around this figure while moving in and out of more frenzied blasts of noise. It's a killer, and you can stream it below.
