Arcade Fire

Arcade Fire announce new album, 'Everything Now,' & tour (including MSG)

Yesterday, Arcade Fire released the single “Everything Now” and revealed that they signed to Columbia, and today it’s been announced that “Everything Now” is the title track off their new album. Everything Now comes out July 28 via their new label home. That’s the artwork above.

It was revealed that the band produced the song “Everything Now” with Steve Mackey (Pulp) and Thomas Bangalter (Daft Punk). The official video is out now and can be watched below. Earlier this year, they released the Mavis Staples-featuring single “I Give You Power.”

UPDATE: Arcade Fire have announced a North American tour, as well. They return to NYC on September 12 at Madison Square Garden. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday, June 9 at noon with various presales starting beforehand. All dates are listed below. Wolf Parade, Broken Social Scene, Angel Olsen, Phantogram, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and Grandmaster Flash will open various dates of the tour.

The band also launched everythingnow.com with pre-order info and more.

Also, Arcade Fire are playing a secret pre-Primavera Sound set RIGHT NOW. Twitter user @mihai_o got a picture of a setlist, new songs included, which you can see below, along with a video from their set.

UPDATE 2: Watch video from Primavera of a new Arcade Fire song, “Creature Comfort,” below.

Their proper set at the festival is 3 PM on Saturday. Select Primavera Sound sets are streaming live.
