Juliette (Lewis) and The Licks @ Tribeca Rock Club

Juliette and The Licks

Juliette Lewis of Cape Fear, Kalifornia, and Natural Born Killers fame, is the sexy, punk-rock frontwoman of Juliette and The Licks. Appropriately, their drummer is Patti Schemel of Hole. Strangely, their guitarist is Todd Morse from H2O. Here are photos from the Licks’s performance Saturday night (13 November 2004) at the Tribeca Rock Club in NYC.

Juliette seemed to have all her lines memorized – like when she told the sold-out, eager to touch her (and touch her they did…over and over again), crowd that “You all loooook like Licks fans. You all come back now because we neeeed you.” Juliette also stage dove and crowd surfed. They closed with a Van Halen cover. You can catch them in NYC again in the Spring if what they said is true.
