The Changes @ Mercury Lounge, NYC | pics

The Changes from Chicago were in town to play three shows. I caught the third one at Mercury Lounge Saturday night (Dec 17, 2005). “Smooth” comes to mind when trying to describe their show, and a search of their press page does in fact turn up three instances of the word “smooth”. Their mostly catchy (smooth) pop songs bring me back to the 80’s. Central Village and Underrated Blog were there too.
