there was a fire @ Zebulon, TVOTR-lite played Union Pool

As pointed out yesterday in the comments, “TV on the Radio (members)” were scheduled to play a benefit show at Union Pool last night. The benefit was for “a small but damaging fire” that happened last Sunday at Zebulon (another music venue in the same Brooklyn neighborhood). According to someone that went,

tv on the radio were pretty rad last night – no kyp and a fill-in drummer – but they kicked out some new jams that sounded awesome.

According to someone else I talked to, they only played six songs. Zebulon is currently closed. According to their MySpace,
