Melvins playing full albums in various forms @ LA residency

Melvins currently have no dates on the road, but they do in their native Los Angeles. They’ll play a residency at Spaceland (soon to be The Satellite) every Friday in January, but these aren’t your normal Melvins shows:

Melvins pride themselves on being mysterious, but it looks like each night will consist of multiple Melvins sets with the definition of “Melvins” changing from night to night. On the first night they’ll play three LPs in addition to a “regular set”. The second night will be the Mangled Demos from 1983 set and Houdini, much like they did on tour and at Webster Hall last year. The third show will consist of “Melvins Lite” which is Dale and Buzzo, and they’ll be performing the Bullhead record. And the final night is dedicated to Stoner Witch.
