Moonface (aka Spencer Krug of Wolf Parade/Sunset Rubdown) played Mercury Lounge on Wednesday (7/20) as part of an ongoing tour. Spencer performed with with an organ and was accompanied by a drummer. They played every song on the recently released LP Organ Music Not Vibraphone Like I’d Hoped and the non-album track “The Way You Wish You Could Live in the Storm.” They ended their set with “All Fires,” one of Spencer’s contributions to his project with Dan Bejar and Carey Mercer, Swan Lake.
