Deer Tick in Regina, SK – 6/4/12

Deer Tick played a free show in Red Hook Park last night (6/21) with Jonny Corndawg. During their set, they honored the Beastie Boys with a cover of “Fight For Your Right,” which you can watch a video of below. Pictures from that show are coming soon, but in the meantime, here are some pictures from a Regina, SK show in May from their tour with Turbo Fruits.

You can catch two of Deer Tick’s members (John and Robbie) in NYC this weekend with the “supergroup” Diamond Rugs, who make their NYC debut at The Bell House tonight (6/22) and play a free show with Alabama Shakes at Central Park Summerstage on Sunday (6/24). They also play Letterman on Monday (6/25).

Meanwhile, you can catch Jonny Corndawg in NYC again tonight (6/22) at Brooklyn Bowl with The Infamous Stringdusters. Tickets for that show are available.

Speaking of Turbo Fruits, they recently announced a NYC show, which will take place on September 13 at Mercury Lounge. Tickets for that show went on sale today at noon.
