Sinkane (of Yeasayer), who opened for Ava Luna over the weekend, opens for The Very Best at Irving Plaza tonight AND continues his residency at Zebulon.

Speaking of Yeasayer, after they held a scavenger hunt album stream, their new album, Fragrant World, is now available to stream in full on NPR.

Kurt and Kristen reunited for a special edition of “Hot Tub” at the Outside Lands Festival in California over the weekend. Kurt will be back soon and continue the Monday night comedy show at Littlefield without Kristen (who moved to LA), but meanwhile “Hot Tub” happens tonight with guest host Jared Logan and guests Barry Rothbart, JC Coccoli, RG Daniels, and Wyatt Cenac (who recently opened for Yo La Tengo and M. Ward at Celebrate Brooklyn).
