Danny Brown & Bruiser Brigade releasing EP, playing free NYC show w/ Kitty Pride (who played the Chris Gethard Show) --- dates & video
Danny Brown‘s Bruiser Brigade, Flatbush Zombies, and Kitty Pryde are playing a free, Scion-presented “Open Mic” party in NYC at Paper Box on Wednesday (9/19), a few days before Danny heads out on the road with A$AP Rocky (a tour that brings him back to NYC to play Roseland on 9/27). The free show is a 21+ show and you need to RSVP.
The show is, coincidentally, just in time for a new Danny Brown & Bruiser Brigade EP which will drop next week via the music-minded car company’s ScionAV label. You can watch a new-ish interview with Brown (also via ScionAV) below.
Meanwhile, Danny’s best bud Kitty Pryde was on The Chris Gethard Show last night which was co-hosted by Andrew WK (who recently guested on new web series ‘We Can Do It’ and played Coney Island). Kitty performs two songs on the show and you can watch the whole episode below.
