As mentioned, Kurt Vile is releasing his new double album, Wakin On A Pretty Daze on April 9 via Matador. You’ve already heard the impressive 9+ minute single, “Wakin On A Pretty Day,” and now he’s revealed the shorter, very catchy second single, “Never Run Away,” which premiered on a commercial on Philly’s CW network last night (3/20). Download the track above and watch the commercial (which features Kurt’s daughter) below (via Matablog).

Kurt’s tour in support of the album includes a sold out NYC show on May 16 at Bowery Ballroom with Steve Gunn and Angel Olsen.
