Austin garage rockers A Giant Dog, who share members with OBN IIIs and Bobby Jealousy, released their new album, Bone, earlier this year. It’s a catchy tune-filled album that rocks as much as it rolls, produced by Mike McCarthy (Spoon, Trail of Dead) and released through Tic Tac Totally (Bare Wires, Fergus & Geronimo, OBN IIIs). You can check out the whole thing below, and it’s available to purchase on bandcamp.
A Giant Dog are taking their show on the road this spring, and will hit NYC for two shows in May. First they’ll play Don Pedro’s on May 3 and then Death by Audio on May 4. Full lineups and more info TBA.
In related news, as mentioned, OBN IIIs are going on a tour with Ex-Cult that hits NYC on July 24 at Mercury Lounge. Tickets for that show are still available.
