Veteran alt-rockers The Psychedelic Furs are on tour this summer and played Long Island’s The Paramount on Friday (6/21) with openers The Liza Colby Sound. The band opened with “Highwire Days” from 1984’s Mirror Moves and played an 18-song set that nicely mixed hits (“The Ghost in You,” “Love My Way”) with deep cuts (they finished their encore with Forever Now‘s “Sleep Comes Down,” one of my favorite P-Furs tracks).
