Father John Misty adds NYC date to solo variety tour

Father John Misty just brought his tour to Terminal 5 for huge, full-band show with Wild Nothing opening (pictures). And now that that show is behind us, it’s been revealed that his previously-announced solo variety tour will in fact include a NYC date, despite there initially not being one.

For this tour, FJM main man Josh Tillman will be playing a solo acoustic set with Brooklyn comedian Kate Berlant supporting him each night. The NYC show happens on October 18 at Town Hall. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (8/2) at noon.
