The Blind Shake released 'Key to a False Door' (stream it) +++ updated dates with Thee Oh Sees and OBN IIIs

The Blind Shake‘s new album, Key to a False Door, came out this week on Castle Face and it’s 33 minutes and 13 songs of unrelenting dystopian sci-fi garagepunk. You may have already heard opening track “Garbage on Glue” but you can now listen to the whole thing which we’re premiering in this post. Stream it below and order your vinyl here.

As mentioned, The Blind Shake will be on tour with Thee Oh Sees and OBN IIIs this fall, including a NYC show happening at Irving Plaza on October 29 (tickets). It was unclear initially how many shows of the tour The Blind Shake would be on, but we now know it’s pretty much the whole magilla. That is one seriously killer triple bill, with all three bands being seriously awesome live forces, and you should absolutely go see it if it comes anywhere near you.
