Solids announce tour (SXSW & 2 NYC shows included)

Montreal fuzz rock duo Solids were part of the just-announced new round of artists playing SXSW, and while they’re on our side of the border, they’ll be doing a number of other US shows too. Their tour brings them back to NYC for shows on March 24 at Glasslands and March 25 at Mercury Lounge. Tickets for the Glasslands show are on sale now, and tickets for the Merc show go on sale Friday (1/10) at noon with an AmEx presale starting Wednesday (1/8) at noon. All dates are listed below.
Solids put out their debut LP Blame Confusion in their home country last year, and they’ll be giving it a US release via their new home of Fat Possum on February 8. You can stream the single, “Traces,” along with the list of dates, below…
