Kadavar touring this spring, including SXSW, Austin Psych Fest & two NYC shows (dates & streams)

German psych-rock throwbacks Kadavar succeed in the most important way that such a band can — they nail the aesthetic to a tee, from the instrumental tones to the song structures to the outfits (of course). When we last heard from them, they were opening for Floor at a surprise one-off Converse Rubber Tracks show at Saint Vitus a few weeks back. If you missed them there, you’ll have another chance to catch them soon — they’re embarking on a North American tour in March, April and May, including SXSW, Austin Psych Fest and two shows in NYC: Saint Vitus on April 14 and Mercury Lounge on April 15 with The Shrine (who have also played NYC recently, and who also just released a new song, which you can stream below). Tickets for Mercury Lounge go on sale today (2/7) at noon.
