Rozamov going on East Coast tour (dates & EP stream)

Boston sludge up-and-comers Rozamov are off to a good start. The band’s second EP, 2013’s Of Gods and Flesh, is a treat — it delivers thrash-tinted sludge with a murky production aesthetic that reminds me of the long-quiet Philly act Javelina. You can stream it below.

The measure of most such bands comes with their live show, though, which you’ll have a chance to check out soon. Rozamov are embarking on a 9-date East Coast tour later this month, beginning with a NYC stop at the Acheron on 2/15. They’ll be joined by locals Godmaker, Eggnogg, and Crushed. Tickets for that show are available.
