Tweens at BV-SXSW party at Red 7 – 3/15/14

Cincinnati trio Tweens were one of the many bands who played our BV SXSW day parties at Red 7 in Austin last week, taking the outdoor stage at 12:45 on Saturday (3/15). They woke up the early, hungover crowd with a set that was way more energetic and punk than they seemed from the two singles off their upcoming self-titled debut LP (due out 4/8 via Frenchkiss). Tweens will be doing more touring this year, and they’ll hit NYC for a show on April 3 at Death by Audio with local faves Shellshag. Admission is $10 at the door.
